This is the last week to sign up for extra credit books!  Sign up sheet is on my desk – you will need to know which book you are reading first.  Book list is found under “Extra Fun” tab above.

Mon. 3/24: (40/30min) Review pedigrees quickly.  Discuss Electrophoresis – do electrophoresis maze.  HW:  karyotype letter due tomorrow – don’t forget to do internal APA citations and a works cited page. Pedigree quiz tomorrow.

Tues. 3/25: (100 min) Pedigree quiz.  Then King Tut Electrophoresis lab.  HW:  Complete problem and hypothesis for the Dye Separation Lab into your notebooks.

Wed. 3/26: (30/40 min) X-inactivation Mosaic Cats lab  HW:  see yesterday’s hw

Thurs. 3/27: (40 min) discuss Sickle cell, Cystic fibrosis, PKU, and Huntington’s disease (from 14.2 in book, powerpoint available under “Assignments”).  HW:   copy the “problem” and write an If…Then  hypothesis for Dye Separation Lab in notebooks for tomorrow.

Fri. 3/28: (60 min) Today is the last day to sign up for an extra credit book!  Dye Separation Lab.  HW:  Dye separation lab due Tuesday. Chapter 14 test on Tuesday after break.
