Final Exam Review Sheet

Mon. 5/6 (30 min)  – Warm Up: Primate Evolution. Go over last quiz. Time in class to work on Study guide, Skull lab, and/or Radiometric lab. Add reflection page and Chapter 3-6 BILL pages to be ready to start the next chapter tomorrow.  HW:  Test Chpt 16-19 tomorrow.

Tues. 5/7 (40 min):  Test Evolution unit chpts 16-19.  Begin Ecology chapter near the end of the period by doing a Trophic Level Card Sort activity. Turn in BILLs for grading.  HW: none

Wed 5/8 (60 min) :  Warm Up: Food Chains and Food Webs. Discuss Ecological Pyramids and do the warm up on pg 3 together.   HW: vocabulary due Thursday next week.

Thurs. 5/9 (altered 35 min): Warm Up: Keystone Species – How Wolves Change Rivers. Discuss Biological magnification and symbiosis  HW:  see last night

Fri. 5/10 (100 min): Warm up: symbiosis.  Quadrat Lab – go outside  HW: vocab due Thursday. Start studying for exams – complete your review sheet and start to fill out your notecard

Coming up: finish ecology unit – succession, Nitrogen cycle, climate change, populations, invasive species (it’s a big week!)
